At Jan & Bros, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and cancellation policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Perishable goods and personal hygiene products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at janbros@eim.ae with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the product back to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery instead.
- To cancel an order, contact us at janbros@eim.ae with your order number.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order. Refunds from the returned item will be processed as described above.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return pickup and send you a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
