We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

3. Delivery Times

  • Within UAE: 2–5 business days
  • Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait: 5–10 business days
  • Other GCC Countries: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or weather conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value — check our website for current promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our logistics partner's website.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at janbros@eim.ae. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
